We’d be the first to tell you to not mess with a classic. And nothing’s more basic than a white top paired with denims. But who can’t use a change? And some fun while at it? Okay, so these draped dresses have around for a while now. And let’s face it, the way these celebrities are lapping it up, the trend isn’t going to be disappearing anytime soon. However, we are slightly tired of it. Call us jaded and give us a change already! Our suggestion? Do the classic white on denims but do it with a twist. Pair your skinny with this draped top from FCUK for a stylish and not cringe-inducing look! You do the drape and darn it, you do it well!

While we get buying multiple pairs of denims or the same pair of trousers or even those cashmere (or whatever) sweaters in multiple colors, buying the very same dress in two colors seems a bit excessive. Why not instead pick a basic silhouette with slight variation, enough to distinguish it as different from the other? It’s not hard to do you know! Especially when the magical season of “Sale” is on!
